Here are some ways you can have a mental check-in with yourself

   Mindfulness Meditation:  Take a few moments to sit quietly and focus on your breath. Notice any thoughts or emotions

   Body Scan:  Close your eyes and mentally scan your body from head to toe. Notice any areas of tension or discomfort.

 Journaling: Write down your thoughts and feelings in a journal. This can help you gain clarity and perspective          

 Check Your Mood:  Take a moment to assess your mood on a scale from 1 to 10. Reflect on what might be influencing               

 Reflect on Recent Events:  Think about any recent experiences or interactions that may have affected your mental state.      

 Practice Gratitude:  Take a moment to think about things you're grateful for. This can help shift your focus from               

 Physical Activity:  Engage in some form of physical activity, whether it's going for a walk, doing yoga, or dancing               

 Connect with Others:  Reach out to a friend or loved one and talk about how you're feeling. Sometimes
